Related Paths 4 Architects é uma exposição na Expo 2025 Osaka, que apresenta o trabalho de quatro destacados arquitectos lisboetas: Ricardo Carvalho, Inês Lobo, Ricardo Bak Gordon e Manuel Aires Mateus. Com curadoria de Alexandre Vicente, arquitecto radicado no Japão desde 2013 a exposição exibe quatro projectos de cada atelier, explorando temas como património, reutilização, paisagem e a crise global de habitação. A arquitectura portuguesa, moldada pelo legado de Álvaro Siza Vieira, conquistou reconhecimento internacional, e esta exposição destaca as conexões entre os trabalhos destes arquitectos e as suas interpretações da cultura arquitectónica nos territórios onde actuam. Caminhos Relacionados promove também um diálogo com o Japão, um país onde a arquitectura é uma expressão cultural significativa, construindo uma ponte entre as duas geografias ao explorar afinidades e intercâmbios entre arquitectos que, de diferentes latitudes, partilham uma visão global do espaço e da sociedade.

Related Paths 4 Architects is an exhibition at Expo 2025 Osaka, showcasing the work of four prominent Lisbon-based Portuguese architects: Ricardo Carvalho, Inês Lobo, Ricardo Bak Gordon, and Manuel Aires Mateus. Curated by Alexandre Vicente, an architect who has lived in Japan since 2013, the exhibition presents four projects from each studio, exploring themes such as heritage, reuse, landscape, and the global housing crisis. Portuguese architecture, shaped by the legacy of Álvaro Siza Vieira, has gained international acclaim, and this exhibition highlights the connections between these architects’ works and their interpretations of architectural culture in their respective territories. 「Related Paths 4 Architects」は、2025年大阪万博で開催される展覧会で、リスボンを拠点とする4人の著名なポルトガル人建築家、リカルド・カルヴァーリョ、イネス・ロボ、リカルド・バック・ゴードン、マヌエル・アイレス・マテウスの作品を展示します。2013年から日本に在住し、2017年に大阪でAVスタジオを設立した建築家アレクサンドレ・ヴィセンテがキュレーションを担当し、各スタジオから4つのプロジェクトを紹介し、遺産、再利用、風景、そして世界的な住宅危機といったテーマを探求します。アルヴァロ・シザ・ヴィエイラの遺産に形作られたポルトガル建築は国際的な評価を得ており、この展覧会はこれらの建築家の作品間のつながりと、彼らが活動する地域における建築文化の解釈を強調します。「関連する道」は、建築が重要な文化的表現である日本との対話を促進し、異なる地域の建築家が共有する空間と社会のグローバルなビジョンを探求することで、両地域の架け橋を築きます。
