The project is a renovation for a luxury apartment in Miami.
It was our intent from the start to tell a story through movement inside the apartment, creating spaces that allows for multiple views from different habitable moments.
To achieve this we divided the concept into 3 main categories, Arrival, Frame and Scenery, which we called "Sequence of Scenery".
This allows to create moments of restlessness in which the user "travels" through the apartment experiencing different moments and different situations.
We wanted the client to "travel" through the apartment.
The moment of Arrival is characterized with different textures, materials, smells and layers of depth, from here we can connect with two corridoes that lead to the 2 main spaces of the house. The corridor guides us to the living room, here we can sense a connection to the outside, a Frame captures the view of the ocean on the other side.
